Training notes: DeRo and Hamid on international duty

RESTED AND READY

After a tumultuous week that included back-to-back road losses against Eastern Conference rivals Philadelphia and Columbus, D.C. United has used this week to prepare for the most important stretch of its 2011 season back in Washington. Despite last week's setback, United (9-10-11, 38 points) is still very much alive in the postseason race, and now the club turns its attention to the final four games of the 2011 regular season.
