WASHINGTON ? Charlie Davies and Josh Wolff tallied a goal apiece as D.C. United put and end to the Seattle Sounders? six-game unbeaten streak at RFK Stadium on Wednesday evening, winning 2-1 and snapping their own two-game losing spell.
Seattle looked to take advantage of a D.C. side fielding four starters 20 years older or less. There were some nervy moments for United?s new-look back line in the game?s early moments, as Fredy Montero and Nate Jaqua were a handful for Dejan Jakovic and Ethan White.
